Rob has 25 years business experience as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor. During this time, he has led a publicly listed investment firm in North America, an M&A consultancy in the Middle East, a start-up incubator in the UK and a digital media agency in Ireland. Rob has a BA in Journalism and post graduate DBS from UCD Smurfit School of Business.
Paul-Olivier Dehaye
Founder and CEO, Hestia.ai
Paul-Olivier Dehaye is an expert in data and artificial intelligence. His wide expertise ranges from strategic analysis to operational aspects. For instance he has helped uncover the Cambridge Analytica scandal, worked with Geneva drivers to reverse engineer Uber’s algorithms and is now commercializing an AI framework called Argo, developed through his company called hestia.ai
Anne Barrat
Editor in Chief, Immoday
Anne Barrat is a journalist in the field of Economics and Finance, writing for major Swiss French-speaking papers (Le Temps, Allnews, Cote Magazine). She also helps issuers in positioning themselves through PR activities. She has been involved with 21shares then Hashdex in the launch of their ETPs on the SIX Swiss exchange.
Prior to her journalistic and PR career, Anne spent 15 years in the financial sector as Investors Relation Officer, Business Developer and Strategic Communications Director (NYSE Euronext, Banque Mirabaud). Anne holds a Master’s degrees in Political Science & Public Law, Corporate Finance and Business & Administration (Sciences Po Paris, HEC, Insead).
Jan Jakubowski

Jan is an experienced manager and entrepreneur. He has 20 years of experience working in senior positions with the world’s largest brands across various industries. As an entrepreneur he has launched several businesses in the consulting and media industries. His most recent venture, Strada AI, is a technology startup re-imagining how content is and should be produced and created.
Dr. Lohyd Terrier
Associate Professor, EHL Hospitality Business School
Dr. Lohyd Terrier, Associate Professor at EHL Hospitality Business School, is an expert in applied psychology, particularly in the fields of influence and organizational performance. He holds a PhD in Social Psychology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, and teaches leadership and influence.
He is also working on the integration of service skills, specific to hospitality management, into other business sectors. He recently developed a training program on improving hospitality in the healthcare sector, highlighting the crucial role of interpersonal skills in enhancing the patient experience.
